Really good Stay!

I loved the proper shower. It was not necessary to climb into a bath! The mini-fridge was useful. The hotel's proximity to the rail station is unbeatable. A supermarket nearby makes everything easier, and a riverside walk gets you into town.

I discovered several Indian restaurants nearby, they provide diverse options. Breakfast requires a short walk. I found two cafes open, offering an early meal, and both provided great coffee.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They even showed me to my room! there was plenty of space in the flatlet and a comfy sofa in the lounge. the bed felt very comfortable. Plenty of towels were provided, too. basics like tea and coffee were available. I even found some milk pots in the fridge.
My room faced the street. It did get a little noisy, so it was hard to fall asleep sometimes. plus, the tv felt low. I think it needs to be on the wall.

the receptionist was very friendly and moved me to a ground floor room. i had heavy bags and it was a great start to my stay! the staff were friendly, even coming in late after a night out. she was cheery and accommodating. i would definitely come again
the fridge was really loud. i couldn't sleep because of it. when i reported it, the lady seemed annoyed and said just turn it off at the wall.

I loved the warm welcome from meg and nicola. They were very nice! my room was a super clean two-bedroom apartment, complete with milk in the fridge and teabags. the little garden area was so lovely. i've already booked my next visit!
the communal toilet lock near room 40 wasn't working.

The staff was helpful and always available. It was lovely. the room had a handy fridge and complimentary coffee each day, which i adored. the location was ideal with easy access to the station and town center, a convenient walk away.
i found that the door closers could be softer because the slamming of doors was a bit bothersome at night.

The hotel provides smoking facilities who require them. It is easily accessible. the reception desk is staffed and someone is available 24 hours a day. I find that very reassuring. luggage storage is available prior to check-in. It is a very accommodating service.
